Olha Mazjupa ist Dramatikerin, Theaterhistorikerin und eine der Mitbegründer:innen des Театр Драматургів – Theatre of Playwrights in Kiew. Sie wurde 1988 in Pidbirtsi bei Lviv geboren. Olha Matzjupa machte ihren Abschluss in serbischer Philologie an der Nationalen Iwan-Franko-Universität in Lemberg. Von 2011 bis 2016 studierte sie an der Maria Curie-Skłodowska-Universität in Lublin, wo sie in Theater- und Literaturwissenschaft promovierte. Im Jahr 2014 war sie Praktikantin an der Akademie der dramatischen Künste in Zagreb und 2019 Stipendiatin des Programms "Gaude Polonia". Ihre Stücke wurden wiederholt in die Short- und Longlist der Wettbewerbe "Contemporary Play Week" (Kiew) und "Drama.UA" (Lemberg) aufgenommen. Im Jahr 2017 gewann das Stück "Eco Ballad" in der Nominierung "foreign drama" des Theaterwettbewerbs "Heidelberger Stückemarkt" in Deutschland. Auf ihren Stücken basierende Produktionen wurden in Theatern in Rzeszow, Sosnovec, Chust, Lwiw, Sewerodonezk und Czernowitz aufgeführt.

EN: Olha Mazjupa is a playwright and play historian, one of the co-founders of Театр Драматургів – Theatre of Playwrights in Kyiv. She was born in 1988 in Pidbirtsi near Lviv. Olha Matsiupa graduated in Serbian philology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. From 2011 to 2016 she studied at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where she received a PhD in Theater and Literary Studies. In 2014, she was an intern at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb. In 2019, Olha Matsiupa had a scholarship of the «Gaude Polonia» program. Her plays were repeatedly included in the short and long lists of the contests "Contemporary Play Week" (Kyiv) and "Drama.UA" (Lviv). In 2017, the play "Eco Ballad" won in the nomination "foreign drama" of the drama competition "Heidelberger Stückemarkt» in Germany. Productions based on her plays were staged in theaters in Rzeszow, Sosnovec, Khust, Lviv, Severodonetsk and Chernivtsi.

Elena Astasjewa wurde 1973 in Kherson, Ukraine, geboren, wo sie auch heute noch lebt und arbeitet. Sie studierte am Kiewer Institut für Kultur, arbeitete als Bibliothekarin, Buchhändlerin und Werbetexterin. Sie schrieb Kurzgeschichten und Theaterstücke, die mehrfach in die engere Auswahl für das ukrainische Festival "Die Woche der aktuellen Stücke" aufgenommen wurden und in Theatern in Cherson und Kiew aufgeführt wurden. Sie ist eine der Gründerinnen des Театр Драматургів – Theatre of Playwrights in Kiew.

EN: Elena Astasyeva was born in 1973 in Kherson, Ukraine, where she still lives and works. She studied at the Kiev Institute of Culture, worked as a librarian, bookseller and copywriter. She has written short stories and plays that have been shortlisted several times for the Ukrainian festival "The Week of Current Plays" and performed in theatres in Kherson and Kiev. She is one of the founders of the Театр Драматургів – Theatre of Playwrights in Kiev.

Julia Gonchar wurde in Kyjiw geboren und arbeitet als Autorin und im Internationalen Projekt-Management. Nach ihrem Bachelor und Master in International Business und Management arbeitete sie an verschiedenen Theater-Projekten im Bereich Dramaturgie und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Seit 2012 ist sie Teil der jungen Drama-Aktivist:innen-Szene in der Ukraine. Ihre Inszenierungen wurden in Georgien, Deutschland, Schweiz, Österreich und Thailand präsentiert. Seit 2020 ist sie die Mitbegründerin des Theaters Dramaturhiv in Kyjiw, Ukraine, dessen Schwerpunkt die Texte von zeitgenössischen Autor:innen sind.

EN: Julia Gonchar was born in Kyiv and works as a writer and in international project management. After her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Business and Management, she worked on various theatre projects in the dramaturgy and public relations fields. Since 2012 she has been part of the young drama activist scene in Ukraine. Her productions have been presented in Georgia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Thailand. Since 2020, she has been the co-founder of the Dramaturhiv Theatre in Kyiv, Ukraine, which focuses on texts by contemporary authors.

– Dramatikerin, Schriftstellerin, Drehbuchautorin, Regisseurin & Psychologin –

Iryna Harets ist Leiterin des Theater of Modern Dialogue in Poltawa in der Ukraine. Sie ist Dramatikerin, Schriftstellerin, Drehbuchautorin, Regisseurin und Psychologin. Zudem Finalistin und Preisträgerin von ukrainischen und internationalen Theater- und Literaturwettbewerben. Weiterhin arbeitet sie als Trainerin für Bürgerkompetenz, Schaffung von Sozialtheatern, nichtformale Bildung für Kinder und Erwachsene und kreatives Denken. Als Autorin und Kuratorin setzt sie sich für soziale Projekte ein und begründete die gesamtukrainische Bibliothek des modernen Dramas UkrDramaHub. Nominiert wurde sie für den Preis "Frauen in der Kunst 2021" in der Kategorie "Frauen im Theater". Sie gehört zu den Gründerinnen des Theatre Dramaturhiv.

EN: Iryna Harets is the director of the Theatre of Modern Dialogue in Poltava, Ukraine. She is a playwright, author, scriptwriter, director and psychologist. She is also a finalist and prize-winner in Ukrainian and international theatre and literary competitions. Furthermore, she works as a trainer for civic competence, creation of social theatres, non-formal education for children and adults and creative thinking. As a writer and curator, she advocates for social projects and founded the all-Ukrainian library of modern drama UkrDramaHub. She was nominated for the "Women in the Arts 2021" award in the category "Women in Theatre". She is one of the founders of Theatre Dramaturhiv.

– Dramatikerin & Drehbuchautorin –

Oksana Grytsenko ist ukrainische Dramatikerin und Drehbuchautorin. Ihr erstes Stück, Saniok, schrieb sie 2019, wo es auf die Shortlist der Topical Play Week kam und als performative Lesung im Lesia Ukrainka Drama Theater in Lviv aufgeführt wurde. Ihr zweites Stück, Don Juan from Zhashkiv, kam auf die Shortlist der Topical Play Week 2020. Auf der Grundlage dieses Stücks schrieb Grytsenko ein Drehbuch für einen Spielfilm mit demselben Namen. Der Film wurde von Kristi Films produziert und von der staatlichen Filmagentur der Ukraine gefördert. Grytsenko ist Mitbegründerin des Kyjiwer Theatre Dramaturhiv. Vor ihrer künstlerischen Laufbahn war sie rund 20 Jahre lang als Journalistin tätig und schrieb für renommierte Publikationen über die russische Invasion in Georgien, die ukrainische Euro-Maidan-Revolution, die Annexion der Krim durch Russland und den Krieg Russlands gegen die Ukraine.

EN: Oksana Grytsenko is a Ukrainian playwright and screenwriter. She wrote her first play, Saniok, in 2019, where it was shortlisted for Topical Play Week and performed as a performative reading at Lesia Ukrainka Drama Theatre in Lviv. Her second play, Don Juan from Zhashkiv, was shortlisted for Topical Play Week 2020, and Grytsenko wrote a screenplay for a feature film of the same name based on this play. The film was produced by Kristi Films and funded by the State Film Agency of Ukraine. Grytsenko is a co-founder of the Kyiv Theatre Dramaturhiv. Before her artistic career, she worked as a journalist for around 20 years, writing for renowned publications about the Russian invasion of Georgia, Ukraine's Euro-Maidan revolution, Russia's annexation of Crimea and Russia's war against Ukraine.
